These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 5-Day Film Project Payday Challenge ("Challenge") organized by Articulo, a division of Articulo Corporation ("Articulo," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Challenge, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms.

1. The Challenge is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Participants must not have any pending legal prosecutions or restrictions that would prevent them from traveling to Mexico, especially for the third-place prize, which is a trip to Mexico.

1. To enter the Challenge, you must follow the instructions provided during the Challenge registration period.

2. Entry is limited to one per person.

1. Prizes awarded in the Challenge are non-transferable and have no cash value.

2. The 1st and 2nd place prizes (Film Producer Weekend Trip to LA, California) are exclusively available to participants who are legal residents of the United States and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. The 3rd place prize (Free trip to Mexico) is available to eligible participants.

1. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

2. If a winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) days, Articulo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

1. Articulo is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participating in the Challenge.

2. Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the Challenge.

By participating in the Challenge, participants grant Articulo the right to use their names, likenesses, and biographical information for promotional purposes.

Articulo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.

Articulo reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Challenge at its sole discretion.

By submitting your information to attend the 5-Day Film Project Payday Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification from the Challenge.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
